We offer three types of services to our clients;
1. Operations Consulting & Management Services
We advise publishers on how to improve their operations. From warehouse management to marketing to financial management our experience has showed publishers how to improve staff productivity and increase profits.
2. Software Implementation Project Guidance
We help publishers to implement new book publishing software systems.
With our guidance publishers have implemented systems faster and on budget. We show your management and staff how to use the system to its fullest potential.
3. Internet Marketing Guidance
We provide publishers with guidance on how to market their products via the internet.
Fee Schedule
- Hourly: $200 per hour + airfare
- Daily: $1,500 per day + airfare
- By the Project: Fixed Fee + expenses
- Note: 50% is payable in advance. Remainder is billed Net Due 7 Days after project completion
- Retainer: $1,800 / 6 months for on call consultations via email and telephone – 3 hours per month.
