April 6, 2005: S3 was sold to the Media Services Group.

CISPUB offers fully scalable solutions for publishers of all sizes and disciplines based on the CISPUB ERP System. First designed and implemented in 1977, CISPUB has grown and evolved with the Publishing Industry throughout the years.
